Privacy Policy
PushRenew is an iPhone app where you enter expiration dates by hand and get reminders before they arrive. This policy explains what we collect to make that work, and what we don't.
Who is responsible for your data
PushRenew is operated by Fernando Lagunes. For anything related to privacy, write to support@pushrenew.app.
The short version
- We collect only what the app needs to store your dates and send your reminders.
- PushRenew does not use AI.
- It does not read your email, calendar, contacts, or documents.
- We show no ads, use no advertising trackers, and do not sell your data.
- We use no third-party analytics.
Data we collect

Payments are processed by Apple. PushRenew never receives or stores your card details.
Notes are free text. We recommend not writing full policy numbers, document numbers, or other sensitive information there.
There is no advertising tracking and no third-party analytics. If that ever changes, we will update this policy first.
Providers that process data
We share data only with the providers needed to run the service:

Your data is transferred to and stored in the United States. We do not share it with anyone else, except where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, we delete your dates, your history, and your account data within 30 days. Copies may remain in backups for a limited time before they are overwritten.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account from the app, in Settings, or by writing to support@pushrenew.app.
Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account, and deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Subscriptions are cancelled with Apple, in your Apple account settings.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have rights over your personal data, including under the GDPR (European Union and United Kingdom), the CCPA (California), and Mexican law (ARCO rights). You can ask us to:
- Give you access to the data we hold about you.
- Correct data that is wrong or out of date.
- Delete your data.
- Send you a copy of your data in a portable format.
- Stop or limit a specific use of your data.
Send your request to support@pushrenew.app from the email address on your account. We respond within 20 business days. We do not sell personal data, and we will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, and access controls ensure each account can only see its own data. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Children
PushRenew is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
We publish changes on this page with a new date. If a change is significant, we will let you know in the app or by email.
