Terms of Use

1. The service

PushRenew is a reminder tool for dates you enter by hand: insurance, warranties, passports, licenses, contracts, and similar items. It sends reminders by push notification and by email before each date. When you renew something, you enter the new date and the cycle starts again.

PushRenew does not renew, buy, or pay for anything on your behalf, and it does not read your email, calendar, contacts, or documents.

2. Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the dates you enter, and for renewing, paying, or otherwise acting on time. Always confirm dates and conditions with your provider or the issuing authority.

3. Reminders are not guaranteed

Reminders are an aid, not a guarantee. Push notifications and emails depend on third parties, on your connection, and on your device settings, including notification permissions, Focus modes, and email filters. They can be delayed or fail to arrive.

PushRenew does not guarantee that an expiration will be avoided, and is not responsible for lost coverage, fines, late fees, or other costs that result from a date passing.

4. No affiliation

PushRenew is not affiliated with Apple, insurers, or document issuers, and is not endorsed by them. AppleCare is a trademark of Apple Inc.

5. Subscription

• PushRenew is an annual plan that renews automatically. There is no free version.
• The price is shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country.
• If a free trial is offered, the annual plan is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before.
• Payment is charged to your Apple account. The subscription renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You manage and cancel the subscription in your Apple account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
• Refunds are handled by Apple.

6. Your account

Accounts are for one person each. You are responsible for keeping your access secure and for what happens in your account.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for illegal purposes, and do not try to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to it.

8. Availability and changes

The service may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. When we change these terms, we publish the new version on this page with a new date.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time, from Settings in the app. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription; that is done with Apple.

10. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, PushRenew is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including costs arising from a missed, delayed, or undelivered reminder.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law does not allow to be limited.

11. Apple

If you downloaded the app from the App Store, the following also applies:

• These terms are between you and PushRenew, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
• Your license to use the app is limited to Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store usage rules.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
• If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price where applicable. To the extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation regarding the app.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection, or intellectual property claims.
• You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
